The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). This data protection declaration informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") within our online offer and the associated websites, functions and content as well as external online presences, such as our social media profiles (hereinafter collectively referred to as "online offer").

 

​II. Data processing for the needs-based design of the website

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We have concluded an order data processing contract with Google for this purpose. The transfer of data to the USA takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). When our website is accessed, a connection to Google's servers is established via software and data is transmitted to Google's servers, some of which are located in the USA. Google Analytics also uses cookies to store information about website users and to analyse how website users use the website. This website uses the function "Activation of IP anonymisation". This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. According to Google, Google will use the data collected for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. This website only uses cookies after you have agreed to their use by clicking the OK button in the cookie information bar. Data of the user/customer

The user/customer consents to Soda Lingerie processing the personal data provided in the course of a collaboration (company name, first and last name, company registration number, address including any differing billing address, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, VAT identification number, tax number) for the purpose of providing services and communicating with the customer and for billing purposes. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. In the event of an order, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).

Contact, Inquiry & Newsletter

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedures as well as your rights of objection.

Content of the newsletter

We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with promotional information (hereinafter referred to as "newsletter") only with the consent of the recipients or a legal permission. You will receive information and product and company news with our newsletter.

Double opt-in and logging: The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that you will receive an e-mail after registration in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with other email addresses. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time, as well as the IP address.

Registration data

To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient to enter your e-mail address. This information is only used to personalise the newsletter. We only use this information to adapt the contents of the newsletter to the interests of our readers.

Legal basis DSGVO

In accordance with the requirements of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) applicable from 22 May 2018, we inform you that consent to the sending of e-mail addresses is given on the basis of Art. 6 1 lit. a, 7 DSGVO as well as § 7 Para. 2 No. 3, or Para. 3 UWG. The use of the dispatch service provider Shopify, the performance of statistical surveys and analyses as well as the logging of the registration process are based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our interest is directed towards the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves our business interests and meets the expectations of the users.

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services there. Data processing by Soda Lingerie

Our social media sites (Facebook, Instagram) serve the purpose of informing you about Soda Lingerie and new developments, services and products from us. Depending on the offer of the respective provider, you may have the opportunity to interact in different ways (comments, recommendations, etc.), e.g. in connection with our social media presence. The interaction of the users is an important criterion for us to conduct targeted marketing. For example, we can determine which posts are read preferentially.
