Where do the materials we use for our products come from?

Where and how are we producing our products?

Our lingerie and swimwear are produced in our studio in Vienna. For the few other items we do not have suitable machines and therefore rely on our production partners in Portugal.

Is there a way to try on the Soda Lingerie?

Of course! Our shop at Wiener Neubaugasse 45 is open from Monday to Friday (12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) and Saturday (12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.).

For everyone who doesn't live in Vienna, there are regular pop-ups in other European cities. More information can be found here .

Where can I buy Soda pieces?

You can currently find our lingerie in our shop on Viennas Neubaugasse or here in our online shop. There are also regular pop-ups in other European cities.

How do I wash my Soda Lingerie?

Is there a guarantee on my Soda Lingerie?

We aim for our lingerie items to last as long as possible.

That's why you get a lifetime guarantee on workmanship with every piece of our lingerie.

However, a distinction must be made between usual wear and tear of material (laces, small metal parts and rubber).

Example that falls under our lifetime guarantee: We repair a dissolved seam.

Example of usual wear and tear: lace tears, rubber wears out due to age.

Even with usual wear and tear, we will try to repair your Soda piece if possible. In this case we request a small compensation for expenses.

If your lingerie shows faults or if you are unsure whether it qualifies for repair, it is best to contact us by email at (subject: repair) including photos.

If your product can be repaired, we will then ask you to either send it to our studio by post (you will be responsible for the shipping costs) or to bring it over directly.

My lingerie is showing signs of age. Does Soda offer a repair service?

If the defect is not covered by our product guarantee, please send us photos of the items to be repaired by email. If a repair is possible, we will contact you directly with a cost estimate.

Order & Shipping

How can I order?

You can order directly from us in our online shop. Alternatively, we have almost all items in stock in our shop at Viennas Neubaugasse 45. If an item is not available there, you can at least try on the size (in a different color) and then order the item in the shop.

How can I change my order?

You can generally change normal orders (products from the online shop) until they are shipped. Please contact us by email (subject: order + order number)

How much does the shipping cost?

How are my products packaged?

We have consciously decided to produce as little waste as possible when packing and only use the bare essentials.


Which payment methods are currently possible?

We offer all common payment methods such as Paypal, Klarna, credit card and bank transfer. Regular credit cards can be used via Shopify Pay.

I have a voucher. How can I redeem it?

To redeem your voucher online, add the products you want to your shopping cart. You can then redeem the voucher code at checkout. The amount will automatically be deducted from your shopping cart value.

We can also accept vouchers in our store. Simply show us your voucher code in the email you received


My Soda piece is different from what I expected. What can I do?

If your Soda piece doesn't fit, doesn't meet your expectations, or you simply don't like it you can...

1. If the goods do not fit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to help you find the right size and take care of shipping the new size(s). You are responsible for returning the size that does not fit.

2. If you don't like the goods, send them back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, please let us know by email beforehand so that we can allocate the return. The return shipping costs must be borne by you. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping to your chosen payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back custom-made items or individual items. To give your pieces a second chance, you could sell/give them away and make someone else happy! :)

Another important note: We can only take back unworn underwear. Accordingly, we ask you to always try our panties for the first time with your own pants underneath.

Are returns free?

No, you must bear the return shipping costs. Unlike large brands, we cannot and do not want to factor return costs into the price.

However, we would like to point out that it is of course also possible to bring the underwear to our shop or sell/give it away. Apart from that, of course: If you have any questions about size, you can contact us at any time.

I received my Soda piece and it is damaged. Who do I contact?

Please document with photos what the package looks like or what damage there is. Then contact us with the photos by email to (subject: Damaged product) and we will find a solution as quickly as possible!

I would like to return my order. How can I do that?

Privacy Protection

What data is stored on your website?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the EU, every customer has the right to view the data they have stored. Furthermore, this data can be deleted upon request (email to , subject: GDPR).

Basically, the data that is necessary to process orders is stored: contact details, activities, orders, invoices. For marketing purposes and to understand our customers even better, we also use the analysis tool Google Analytics. For example, the type of device you use to access our website or the country and city you are in at the time of use are stored.

I would like to offer Soda products in my (online) shop/store. Who do I contact?

It is best to contact us by email (subject: Retail). We would like to invite you to a short (video) meeting to talk about a possible collaboration.

I would like to cooperate with Soda as an influencer. Who do I contact?

We currently only work with influencers very occasionally. If our products are of interest to you, please contact us by email at (subject: Influencer) for further information.

I would like to borrow Soda products for shoots or similar. Is this possible? Who do I contact?

Of course! Choose the right pieces directly in our online shop. BEFORE you place the order, please write us an email to (subject: Photoshoot) that you want to borrow the products for a shoot or similar. If we do not receive such an email, we unfortunately have to charge for the products. After you have sent the products back to us and they have arrived safely, we will refund your order. However, you must bear the return shipping costs.

I want to take pictures in Soda lingerie and/or loungewear, but I'm not an influencer. Is that still possible?

Of course! We want to see lots of different, real bodies with all their facets and characteristics in our underwear and/or loungewear! If this sounds exciting to you, please send us an email to (subject: real Bodies) with photos of yourself and a short text about why you would like to shoot with us.
