Data of the user/customer
The user/customer consents to Soda Lingerie processing the personal data provided in the course of a collaboration (company name, first and last name, company registration number, address including any differing billing address, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, VAT identification number, tax number) for the purpose of providing services and communicating with the customer and for billing purposes. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. In the event of an order, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. Double opt-in and logging: The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that you will receive an e-mail after registration in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with other email addresses. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time, as well as the IP address.
